Raspberries are red, this recipe’s for You!

Recently, I went raspberry picking with a family friend, and came back with two quarts of berries! Of course, I had to do something with these wonderful fresh treats, so my friend gave me a wonderful recipe to test out, and permission to share it with all of you!
Das Rezept:
Makes 15/ish muffins
1 cup sugar
2 cups oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
Generous pinch of salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
2 cups fresh raspberries (or blueberries
Bake at 375 for 30 minutesThis recipe makes the most delicious muffins ever! I did find I needed to keep them in for a few more minutes, but my oven is also dying a slow and painful death, so that may also be a factor. Overall, I really enjoyed making this recipe, though I didn't get nearly my fair share of muffins (large family problems).
